Shelley is the Broker and CEO of Wyrick and Associates Real Estate. She has 15 years of full-time real estate experience and is a premiere listing agent in Bakersfield. She also works with buyers who are searching for that perfect new home or investment property. She has worked as an REO listing agent for major banks and asset companies and has sold entire portfolios for her investors when they need to liquidate. In 2016 Shelley was awarded ERA’s National and prestigious Circle of Success Award for gross sales volume amongst the top Realtors in the Nation. She also has her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Pre-Law from California State University Bakersfield and was their Outstanding Graduating Senior for the class of 2005. Jake is a Bakersfield native and the newest agent at Wyrick and Associates. He is a graduate of Bakersfield High School and Bakersfield College. While attending Bakersfield College he was an assistant baseball coach at BHS, worked at the popular Cafe Med Restaurant and interned for local attorney, Kyle Jones. Jake went on to attend and graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Business Economics. During his time at UC Irvine, Jake rowed for the crew team and was a member of the Campus wide Honors Program. He concluded his undergrad with an honors thesis in which he is building an index to act as a leading indicator to the unemployment rate. Jake has experience in private equity investments, working previously with Harvey & Company, a mergers and acquisitions firm based in Newport Beach, CA. He now looks forward working with clients on their personal real estate investments.

Jade is newly welcomed to the team at Wyrick and Associates. Jade grew up in Bakersfield and has extensive knowledge of the greater Bakersfield area, and the surrounding area. Jade has witnessed the rapidly growing community over the years, and is excited to go above and beyond to help buyers, sellers, and investors meet their real estate needs. Jade graduated from Frontier High School and continued her education forward at California State University, Fresno. Building a foundation to accompany her Real Estate License, Jade studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Within her time at Fresno State, Jade was a cohort member of Fresno State’s Gazarian Real Estate Center. Jade also interned for John Balfanz Homes Inc. and worked alongside their broker focusing on land acquisition and new construction home sales. Family is very important to Jade and she is dedicated to every individual client for they are her number one priority. With her passion to help people she is excited to join the team!
