      Shelley Wyrick - Broker 


  • I am a full time Principal Broker licensed in California since 2005 with diverse experience in all aspects of REO property management and sales, specializing in Bakersfield and the Kern County areas for 15 years.

  • I pride myself in meeting my Asset Manager’s deadlines with time to spare, while providing accurate evaluations, keeping expenses low and recovering the maximum return of capital on REO properties. My job is to take care of my Asset Managers needs, always answer when they call, and make the REO sales process as smooth as humanly possible. I am the one they can always trust to get it done with no excuses. 

  • I have worked with many different banks and asset management companies over the past 10 years, such as: CitiBank, Chase, PMH Financial, NationStar, Nationwide, NPS, Keystone, GreenRiver Capital, Bayview Servicing, Bank of America and Rabobank.

  • I personally go out to all initial BPO requests and assess the property’s physical condition and marketability within a guaranteed 48 hour timeframe from initial request.

 Kendra Merrell  -  Contracts Coordinator and Vendor Management 


Kendra is a licensed Realtor and a contract specialist. She has worked with many different banks contract Riders and Addenda and is proficient on several different Asset Management portals and billing systems - such as P.A.S, Equator, ResNet, NPS and HomeSteps. She works in the office full-time to ensure all contracts are executed correctly and in a timely manner, assists in contract negotiations and also shows our qualified buyers’ REO listings. She assists in coordinating all repairs with our vendors, contacting the appropriate utility companies, managing HOA requirements and marketing. 


REO and BPO Services:


  • Accurate BPO reporting w/digital color pictures.  Performed quickly and efficiently with a 24 hour turn around time.

  • Same day occupancy checks, negotiate Cash-for-Keys, weekly reporting of occupancy and coordination of lender’s eviction process.

  • Initiate property preservation including trash out, re-keying, secure property, estimate of repairs and effect emergency repairs to the property, coordinate all repairs and rehabs, arrange utilities, landscaping and lawn maintenance, and winterization.

  • Proactive loss mitigation for your pre-foreclosure assets.  Promptly contact the owner as directed and obtaining documentation required.

 Experience and Qualifications:


  • Multiple accredited classes, training seminars, and acute knowledge in all aspects of real estate sales, including REO sales, short sales, pre-foreclosure and foreclosure process, distressed properties, property management and marketing.

  • Prior experience in loss mitigation management, REO marketing, BPO’s, cash for keys, occupancy reports, eviction process, property preservation, repairs and rehabs, etc.

  • Broker Member in good standing with BAOR (Bakersfield Association of Realtors), NAR, CAR, and the Bureau of Real Estate (California Broker’s License 01490650)
